Chief Executive Officer

Anil Nayyar – Chief Executive officer has vast knowledge and experience of Shipping and Logistics industry spanning 30+ years. Anil worked from 2008 till 2013 with 2nd largest Shipping Line – MSC Line as CEO in Lagos – Nigeria where he handled combined revenue of US$ 250m-300m in EXIM Freight & Demurrage/Detention with a diverse and geographically spread team. Prior to MSC Line, Anil worked for A P Moller Group- Maersk Line in India and Africa as Maersk Line agency CFO and GM-Commercial in Togo, Angola, and Nigeria – all in Sub-Saharan Africa.

Chief Operating Officer

VIKRAM KAPUR – Vikram, presently based in Houston, Texas is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India; a Graduate member of the Institute of Costs and Works Accountants of India. Vikram has more than 18 years of industry experience spanning across oilfield services in Asia, Africa, Europe and United States with significant exposure to financial modeling, forecasting, taxation, audit, internal control assessment, decision support and post-merger transition and integration. Vikram holds an Executive MBA degree from TRIUM (NYU/LSE/HEC).

Director(Technology)

Rajesh Soni- Director(Technology) comes with an experience of over two decades of delivering highly Scalable, Extensible and Modular IT solutions with Companies of repute like IBM , GlobalLogic , Fiserve, Cincom . His passion towards technology makes him strive towards designing cutting edge solutions which address compelling business needs. Rajesh did his bachelors in Physics from Delhi University, Masters in Software Systems from BITS Pilani and an Executive MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Director(Finance)

Ashok Rajgor – Director(Finance) has 32 years of work experience with Ambuja Cement(The no 1 cement company in India). Ashok has made significant contributions in general, stores, sales and purchase accounting and facilitated manual accounting to computerize in late 80s and trained team members on accounting software. Ashok has also headed Ambuja Cements stores Dept. and streamlined inventory process which has helped company to a substantial saving in cost and impacted in positive cash flow.
